Here are some of the frequently asked questions participants ask about Katalyst 2026!
Registration:
Once you are accepted to attend Katalyst 2026, you MUST register and pay your registration fee to confirm your attendance with us. Failure to register within the deadline, your application will be withdrawn.
Registration Fee for Presenters: $100
Registration Fee for Non-Presenters: $150
The registration link will be available upon conference attendance.
Hotel Accommodation:
Accommodations will be provided to all accepted participants on the evenings of February 27th and 28th (Check In: February 27th; Check Out: March 1st). Please note that all participants will be divided into groups of 3 - 4 people per room. Participants may pay an additional fee to lower the number of roommates in each room.
Travel Reimbursements:
Participants who are attending Katalyst 2026 as a Presenter (presenting in one of the 3 avenues of participation) are eligible to apply for the partial travel reimbursement based on their current location. You MUST submit your travel reimbursement application to us within the deadline in order to be eligible to receive the partial travel reimbursement, failure to do so will exempt you from receiving the travel reimbursement.
Travel reimbursement application is due after the conference. Date TBD.
Can a flight coming in from one city and a return flight to another city be reimbursed?
Yes, but it is based on the distance from the address you provide when you register for the conference. One-way distance is calculated with: https://www.distance.to/ from the address of your residence (where the check will be mailed to) to the LAX airport. You will need your purchase receipt that includes the final transaction amount and method of transaction.
Can flights slightly earlier/later than the conference dates also be reimbursed?
Participants must travel within 10 days of the start and end dates of the event.
*Please note that non-presenters are not eligible for travel reimbursements. Full participation in the conference is required for presenters to receive travel reimbursements.
