Registration Fee

• Presenters: $100

  • Includes: Meals (Lunch, Coffee, Dinner), 2 nights of lodging (with roommates), up to $200 flight reimbursements

  • A discounted registration fee ($75) is available if you wish to decline lodging.

• Non-Presenters: $150

  • Includes: Meals (Lunch, Coffee, Dinner), 2 nights of lodging (with roommates)

  • A discounted registration fee ($100) is available if you wish to decline lodging.

• You will also have the option to pay an additional amount ($165) to have a room to yourself instead of being assigned roommates.

*Please note that you do NOT have to book your own hotel room or lodging unless you decline lodging - KSEA will make the reservation at a group rate on your behalf.

Travel Reimbursement

Travel reimbursement is distance-based, based on shortest distance from the participant's residence (where they reside > 6 months in a year) to the conference location.
Travel reimbursement is provided for flights, bus, and train only. Taxi/rideshare/parking costs will not be reimbursed. For any questions, please contact us at katalyst@ksea.org. 

Note:

One-way distance is calculated with: https://www.distance.to/ from the address of your residence (where the check will be mailed to) to the LAX airport. You will need your purchase receipt that includes the final transaction amount and method of transaction.

Only economy-class flights to/from LAX or nearby airports within 60 miles will be reimbursed. 

Participants must travel within 10 days of the start and end dates of the event.

Please note that full participation in the conference is required to receive travel reimbursements.
